What you will do

The ideal candidate would have come from a sales/ telesales driven company where there is considerable focus and therefore experience on:

  • Achieving and exceeding security sales targets.
  • Canvassing of new clients telephonically.
  • Building and maintaining relationships.
  • Longevity in past roles.
  • Identify and track each opportunity, managing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
  • Follow up on queries and leads and set up appointments for Management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a telesales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, other languages are advantageous).
  • Numeric acumen.
  • Solid proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft Office 2013.
  • Customer-centric sales skills and ability to build productive, growth-focused business relationships.
  • Super confident.
  • Fearless.
  • Excellent work ethic: energetic, get-things-done attitude and take responsibility to deliver positive results beyond expectations.
  • Competitive.
  • Well-presented and articulate.
  • Restless and needing to be constantly active.
  • Self-discipline/ self-managed.
  • Independent.
  • Ability to travel to work (we are situated near Clearwater Mall in Johannesburg).
