For only R12 per package per month (incl. VAT):
- Limited Remote Assistance for limited Remote Desktop Support in the case of a cyber-attack.
- Basic Anti-Virus and Endpoint Protection to protect your devices and reduce the risk of a cyber attack.
- Basic PC Health Report to show you which of your devices are safe or at risk in a single dashboard view.
Intermediate cyber protection package
For only R40 per package per month (incl. VAT):
- Remote Assistance for Remote Desktop Support in the case of a cyber-attack, updating software patches and automatically resolving standard errors on devices.
- Advanced Anti-Virus and Endpoint Protection to protect your data and devices and reduce the risk of a cyber attack. Advanced features include encryption and scans for vulnerabilities on your devices.
- Basic Document Backup to protect the data on your devices, in case of devices becoming lost, stolen or cyber attacked.
- Advanced PC Health Report to show you which of your devices are safe or at risk in a single dashboard view and what is mainly causing safety issues, if there are any.
Advanced cyber protection package
For only R195 per package per month (incl. VAT):
- Remote Assistance for Remote Desktop Support in the case of a cyber-attack, updating software patches and automatically resolving standard errors on devices.

Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 package
Clients who sign up for this package will get a 30% discount
The Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 package includes the following protection:
- Anti-phishing
- Anti-spam
- Anti-malware protection
- Attachment filtering enables you to set up rules to filter what types of email attachments to allow and block on the mail server.
AVeS Cyber Security will also provide the necessary support services to set up the Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 package. This service is available at no additional cost to the first 50 users per insured business.

- You get access to expert support to help resolve IT issues quickly and minimise interruptions to your business.
- This includes IT services such as assistance with resolving connectivity issues, installing applications, server access, PC performance issues, VPN configuration, and more.
You can access the IT support desk using any one of the following channels:

- Through the AVeS Cyber Security website, by filling in the form on the Dedicated IT Support Desk page for Discovery Business Insurance clients
