It is a very fast paced world with complex supply chains, increasing customer demands, and significant changes in the way we market and sell products. Business Continuity Management (BCM) is not a siloed business practice that is done on the side. BCM is a critical requirement of an effectively run business. If one intends on driving a sustainable business into a dramatically changing future, Business Continuity Management is a must.
