Prerequisites

The knowledge and skills that a learner must have before attending this course is as follows:

  • Understanding of TCP/IP, the Internet and e-mail operating principles, basic skills in administering Microsoft Windows networks and Active Directory. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • The knowledge prerequisites above will be validated by a mandatory Kaspersky Lab Bar Exam, an entry-level networking-based exam, that must be passed prior to attending the course. Upon placing your booking, candidates will receive an email with login details to the exam. Confirmation of the exam results (screenshot) must be emailed to training@aves.co.za before bookings can be confirmed.

Course Objectives

At the end of this course, you should be able to do the following:

  • Plan, deploy and maintain the Windows network protection systems based on Kaspersky Endpoint Security and managed via Kaspersky Security Center.

Exam & Certifications

Participants will receive an appropriate certificate after completion of the course. This course culminates with the KLE 002.10 exam that you have up to three (3) chances to pass with a minimum mark of 70%. The exam should be written after class and in your own time.

Kaspersky Technical Certifications are relevant to and valid for the lifetime of a Kaspersky Lab product version.
